Pool classes are June 1st-Sept 1. There are 5 - ladies in each class for more of the personal training, goals to improve your flexibility, and increase movement.
Sound & Vibrational Healing
Sounds baths are a meditative practice involving the use of resonant music. This creates an immerse sound that fills the room and the body, aiming to help people relax and let go of the stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns. This class will help you feel deeply relaxed after and can help you get a better night sleep.
